（中央社記者劉麗榮台北27日電）中國國民黨文傳會主委林奕華今天表示，目前政府的生技產業政策已推動多項重點計畫，民主進步黨總統參選人蔡英文所提的生技醫藥產業政策，並無太多新意。
民主進步黨主席暨總統參選人蔡英文今天公布「亞太生技醫藥研發產業中心」政策。選定台北、新竹、中科及南科形成帶狀的「生技醫藥研發產業聚落」，引進國際人才、技術和資金。
林奕華表示，目前政府所推動的生技產業政策，如產業聚落的發展、兩岸醫藥衛生合作協議，政府均已推動多項重點計畫，並且對生技產業有全面性的規劃與策略；蔡英文所提的生技醫藥產業政策並無太多新意，許多都是目前政府已經在積極推動的政策。
林奕華說，台灣發展生技產業已有一段時間，政府也高度重視生技產業的發展，國民黨是一個真正具有行動執行力的政府，而非如民進黨，永遠只會開空頭支票，卻拿不出實質的具體行動。1041027
