彰化地檢署昨天針對頂新案無罪判決正式提起上訴，全案將進入二審再攻防！主任檢察官林漢強、檢察官施教文，姚玎霖是承辦頂新案的主戰將，他們說，將主動爭取到二審蒞庭，說服二審法官改判頂新案有罪。
頂新案去年10月30日偵結起訴，當時林漢強、施教文與姚玎霖等人組成的民生小組團隊，自信掌握頂新公司與魏應充等人黑心販售飼料油的具體證據，據此向法官具體求處30年到18年不等的重刑。
讓人大呼意外的是，全案到了彰化地院歷經1年多的審理，合議庭竟然以檢方舉證不足等理由，做出全數無罪的判決，不僅外界傻眼，輿論痛斥法官之餘，也有人矛頭指向檢方，並附合法官指控是檢方「舉證不足」，院、檢兩敗俱傷。
彰檢昨提出145頁的上訴書，由林漢強、莊佳瑋、姚玎霖、施教文與邱呂凱5人通力合作，共寫了8天，期間大家聚精會神從296頁的判決書中，幫忙找出問題點。
還有多名學者也主動來電提供專業見解，為檢方加強火力。
林漢強說，過程中的辛苦難以言諭，不僅檢察長張宏謀每天都與大家討論，連法務部長羅瑩雪都派人送來蛋糕打氣，「逆轉勝」的強烈使命感，讓他即使在電腦螢幕前一坐就是10小時，仍打起精神苦撐。
